3． Regard the name list of the examinee who achieved the mark line but give up matriculate．Each county recruit office use the program achieved from the province recruit office to input the data base．After that，the county recruit office have to check and print out the name list and hand in them to the province recruit office together with the data base after stamp.

4． Each city recruit office should hand in the information database of common universities’advance will．art specialty will and gym specialty will t0 the province recruit office by 4 p.m．June 20th.

5． Each county recruit office should hand in the information data base of the common universities’15 batches of will to the province recruit office by 4 p.m． July 31th，and inform the city recruit office.

6． Each county recruit office should hand in information database of the padded will of the examinees to the province recruit office in stated time and informthe city recruit office．

7． Specific process of input.

Collection of the common universities’15 batches of will：

(1)The examinees should fin in the OMR forms uniformly and hand in them ontime．(Specific method is the same with that in the year 2001)

(2) Each county recruit office use OMR to collect the information on the orm and check the will database with logic checking program．After that they should print out the place number，permit exam certificate number，name and specific error item of the examinee whose first will code has logic mistake and find out his OMR form accordingly.

(3)The examinee should amend the mistake on the OMR form and sign his name on it.

(4)The county recruit office should use OMR to collect the information on these will forms which have been amended again and carry out logic checking or the second time if need so.

Collection of the padded will information：

(1) The examinees that require making will after stated time and accord with terms can go to appointed spot to draw and fill in padded will OMR form on time.

(2) The examinee should use OMR to collect the information on the padded willformonthe spot．If the will on the form exceeded the scope of this batch of padded academy or specialty．This form will be recognized as error form and the information on it will not be collected．The examinee has to amend it and read it by OMR again.

(3)After the padded will form be passed，the examinee can leave only after he sign his name on the padded will examinees registration form.
