The area of sweet potato planting is 6.16 million hectares in China which accounts for 68℅ in world planting area; the output is 117 million tons which accounts for 86℅ in world according to FAO statistics (the year of 2000). There is 13 kinds of excellent vegetable according to the WHO’s research, sweet potato is the number one. Japan National Cancer Research Center due out 20 kinds of cancer-resisting vegetable, sweet potato is the first，and it is also recognized as a material corn in starch industry, food process, and ferment industry and biology resources. The process of production is as following:

The project economic analysis:The material resource: Firstly, in the form of the company bringing along the farmers; secondly, the company bringing along the farmers and base form; thirdly, the company bringing along the farmers,base form and combo; fourthly, the company bringing along the farmers,base form, combo and importation from Africa. The output value of sweet potato is 52,500 Yuan per hectare, the output value of wheat is 12,000 Yuan per hectare; the output value of crop is 15,000 Yuan per hectare. So planting high starch sweet potato is the important implementation in enhancing farmers’ income and it can pledge the sweet potato material resource.

It plans to take 2.5 years; the investing capital is 270 million Yuan. The area amount to 321.9 chinese acre.After the construction is finished, it is about to consume 400,000 tons sweet potato, 50,000 tons ethyl alcohol , 6,167 tons pectin, 5,518 tons meals textile fiber, 60,000 tons sweet potato juice. The sales income is 756,220,000 Yuan, the net profit after taxation is 82,780,000 Yuan, and the net profit of finance is 391,570,000Yuan. The callback term of static investment is 5.54 years, the callback term of dynamic investment is 6.33 years(including construction term is 2.5years).
